Recently US power tool maker Black & Decker has received a hammering from a Swedish advertising watchdog for an advert described as "degrading" to women.

The Black & Decker ad earlier this year promised customers a "pleased wife guarantee", offering beauty treatments worth 350 kronor to the wives of men who bought spent more than 1,500 kronor on its tools.

"Through this text, the council finds that (the company) conveyed an outdated view of gender roles in which women are expected to be placated with beauty treatments while men buy tools".

Women are doing a lot off kick ass stuff now days. The one that most impressed me is being the lead Girl in a Game called Resident Evil. The lead girl in this Alice played by Milla Jovovich. She is so damm hot . She has been voted in as the hottest character in the Video games. This babe is not only hot but kicks ass too. There has also been a Resident evil movie trilogy. some fundaes

i had been to ericsson dinner yesterday. This dinner was given by ericson AB to students where they get to interact with staff of ericsson to know about the company. To my surprise there were only 3 students from this hardware related field. It was nice to meet the pretty HR staff .

I came to know about some quiet interesting fundae about the swedish names. Martin,The son of eric will have a name of Martin ericson. Anna,the daughter to stravold,will have a name as Anna Stravoldsdotter.Carrying the sirname of dotter has died out about 100 years ago and very few still carry that sirname. To change the surname for girls after marriage is optional. It applies to guys too(yeah !!some change to their wife's surname)

I also met a beautifull belarusian girl . She told me there was a square in her hometown (Minsk,also the capital of belarus)named after bangalore. Its called bangalore square. There also a sqaure known as Minsk square in bangalore. So we were connected in some way. She didn't know why this was there,so do I.
Anybody know please tell me the details about this naming there exists between these two cities.

schwijjerlandu ondh rupaay

It was raining heavily and i was going back home in an auto. It was around 10:30 pm.
The auto driver started up a conversation with me. He was kinda a enthusiastic charecter.I came to know that he was interested in collecting coins. Well,he was collecting it not as a hobby but for a different reason. His astrolager had told him that if he does poojey with 21 different 1 rupee coins for ganesha habbha he would be blessed by getting lots of money and health and life.

I kept on probing into his coin collection details...he started saying different coins that he has and so on.
He would do strange things while driving. like stopping suddenly by a kalleybeeja gaadi and get change from him for 10 bucks and see what new coins were there and all. After sometime i asked him whether he has his coin collection with him....he replies by stopping his auto in middle of road on top of flyover and sits in passenger seatu and shows me the coins. He had very good collection of old/new ones.Well his collection was international ....he even had a few sri lankan coins!!!!!!!!!.
After reaching destination,i got out and gave him 1 and half meter charge as agreed,but was 2 rupees less. i had no rupees left with me. Then suddenly i realized i could help his collection by giving some kronas(in coins) i had with me,i said "thogoLi,switzerland dhu ondh rupaaygalu".....
He was astonished,he never expected such a thing to happen,he was very happy ofcourse.....
I am not getting words to describe his hapiness.
Then he asks"edhu yenikke saar .....thooth maadidhaare avaru".....i say "naavu vade alli maadidheevalla.....hangene avaru chelre alli maadidhaare!! ashtey"....and then i walked away.

Well i dont know why there is a hole in the vada or coin....but i was just happy to have completed his coins tally 21 so that he would he get what ever he was promised by his astrolager.....

Orange fever

i suddenly felt this josh to eat a lot of oranges and stuff made of oranges......i bought orange marmalede ,orange juice,orange cola and oranges.

I have finished eating all the oranges,the juice and half of the cola. already(its just half a day since i bought these.)

The rest will be over by today i guess.....
